The bulk purchase of S&A CW-3000 and CW-5200 water chillers by the customer for the cooling of CNC edge grinding machine

The company of Ms. Zhou mainly deals with the glass deepprocessing and the production of automatic smart devices including the glass chamfering machine and the CNC edge grinding machine. In their daily production, they also need to cool the devices with water chillers.
In April, Ms. Zhou purchased an S&A CW-3000 thermolysis water chiller from us for try for the first time to cool their 4.5KW device. Ms. Zhou said that they were in great demand of water chillers. Therefore they wished to have a trial use and then make a bulk purchase if it`s ok. After the trial, Ms. Zhou felt that our water chiller could achieve a good heat dissipation effect and the after-sales service was very satisfactory in all aspects. Then she placed another order with us for 10 sets of S&A CW-3000 water chillers. In this period, Ms. Zhou also asked that if it`s proper to add some antifreeze into the water chiller.
For this, we suggest not to add any antifreeze into the water chiller. This is because that antifreeze has a certain corrosivity, which might cause some damage to the internal parts of the water chiller. Therefore if it becomes necessary to add the antifreeze, make sure to choose the good brand of antifreeze. And then add it into the water chiller at a specificratio after the mixing with water to avoid any damage to the water chiller.
In June, Ms. Zhou placed an order with us once again for S&A CW-5200 water chiller to cool their 7.5KW device. Ms. Zhou has said that quality and service are the important benchmarks for the success of an enterprise and S&A has been characterized by both of these.
