Second, the pointer stops at a certain position

The main reason is that the float stuck. Generally, when the instrument is used, the valve is opened too fast, so that the float impacts the stopper quickly and causes the stopper to deform and cause the float to jam. However, it is not ruled out that the float is stuck due to the misalignment of the float guide rod and the stop ring. The instrument can be removed when processing, remove the deformed stopper, and check if it is concentric with the guide rod. If it is different, correct it, then install the floater, push the floater, and feel the float up and down smoothly. In addition, when the instrument is installed, it must be installed vertically or horizontally, and it cannot be tilted, otherwise it will easily cause the card table and bring errors to the measurement.

Third, the measurement error

One is that the installation does not meet the requirements. The installation has the following requirements:

For the vertical installation of the instrument to maintain vertical, the inclination is not greater than 2 °; for horizontal installation of the instrument to maintain the level, the inclination is not more than 2 °; instrument around the 100mm space must not have ferromagnetic objects; installation location away from the valve reducer, pump outlet, Process pipeline turns and so on. The second reason is that the change in the density of the liquid medium is large, which is one of the causes of the larger error. Since the instrument is calibrated according to the density given by the user before the calibration, the flow rate of the water in the calibration state is calibrated. Therefore, if the medium density changes greatly, it will cause great errors in the measurement. The solution can bring the changed media density into the formula and convert it into the error correction factor. Then, the flow rate measured by the flow meter is multiplied by the coefficient to change the real flow rate.

Thirdly, due to the great influence of temperature and pressure on the gaseous medium, it is recommended to use warm and pressure compensation to obtain real flow.

Fourth, due to long-term use and pipeline vibration and other factors caused by the instrument sensing magnetic steel, pointers, counterweights, rotating magnets and other moving parts loose, resulting in greater errors. Solution: You can verify by first pushing the pointer by hand. First press the pointer on the RP position to see if the output is 4mA and the flow rate display is 0%. Then verify by the scale. If no match is found, the part can be repositioned. Generally require professionals to adjust, otherwise it will cause loss of position, need to return to the manufacturer for correction.

Fourth, no current output

First look at the wiring is correct; second look at whether the LCD display, if there is no output display, mostly output tube bad, need to replace the circuit board; Moreover, the loss of calibration value, due to E2PROM failure, resulting in loss of meter calibration data, will also Cause no output current, the current will remain unchanged. Solution: Data recovery operations are available. If it does not work, you can first set the data in password 2000 and then set the data in password 2008 by manually pushing the pointer to calibrate the data from RP – 100%.

V. No live display
