As early as the 1990s, Yuchai formed a federation of YCs with suppliers to jointly promote the production of engines and components. In 2009, Yuchai and its core partners further established a new type of relationship, the YC strategic cooperation alliance system. In 2012, Yuchai strengthened the planning and management of procurement strategy research and supply chain, and strived to create a high-quality parts supply chain.

With an attitude of openness and sharing, Yuchai actively invites suppliers to participate in the supporting confirmation, adheres to the principle of benefiting who develops, protects the interests of suppliers, encourages suppliers to increase scientific research investment, independent innovation, and strives to make breakthroughs in new materials and new processes. At present, 21 suppliers have established the Yuchai green line and continuously provide Yuchai with high-quality products. Build "a team"

The stability of the supplier group affects the production and operation of Yuchai. Yuchai adheres to the concept of “one team, one team” and cooperates with suppliers to form a team to strengthen the quality control of the product manufacturing process through measures such as unified quality concept, PPAP (production part approval process) management, quality index management, and improved management. In the first half of this year, the engine market continued to prosper, and the Yuchai supply chain system consolidated consensus. Early planning, early actions, and full production of horsepower ensured Yuchai's double-digit growth in sales during the first nine months.
