Protec will exhibit a large auxiliary dryer at the upcoming Fakuma 2015 exhibition.
The SOMOS T140 dryer has a hopper capacity of 400 litres and a dry air throughput of 140 cubic meters per hour. Compared with the company's first five auxiliary dryers with effective capacities ranging from 30-300, this new device has been significantly improved and has a more design sense. The new dryer is also equipped with the latest touch screen controller, which can be used to make many drying parameters and document functions according to some special materials.
Like all SOMOS auxiliary dryers, the new T140 dryer consists of a dry air generator and an insulated stainless steel drying funnel. In order to minimize energy consumption, this dryer uses patented energy-saving technology.
Features include: automatic adjustment of dry air volume based on material throughput; superior SOMOS control mechanism, producing desiccant based on the specific adsorbent moisture loading. For the standard machine, the drying air dew point temperature is -35°C, the drying temperature is 60°C-140°C, and the high temperature version is also available. The drying temperature can reach 200°C.
In addition, Bruttec will exhibit its latest high-performance SSP reactor at the Fakuma 2015 for the post-condensation curing of plastics. The system and process are optimized.
