(4) Remove the coupling nut between the gear box and the pump body. Use M12 bolts to screw M12 bolts into the top screw hole. The two bolts should evenly and slowly push the pump body and gear box top open. At this time, the first stage impeller can be automatically taken out. (6) After removing the gear box cover and the input bearing cover, the input shaft is driven out of the box body from the pump body side, and the drive gear is taken out from above the box body. The assembly sequence is the reverse of the disassembly sequence above.
