It is reported that the Michelin Group will produce radial tires for agriculture in Campo Grande, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Michelin Emmanuel Ladent, global head of the group's agricultural division, said that only 6% of the farm tires currently sold in Brazil are radial tires, compared with 87% in Europe.
The agricultural tires produced by Michelin in Rio include CargoxBib, MachxBib and AxioBib, which are used for sugarcane transportation vehicles and agricultural trailers, high-power tractors and agricultural machinery of more than 250 hp.
