For access projects, comprehensive considerations have been made in terms of increasing investment intensity, increasing land use efficiency, increasing scientific and technological content, and increasing resource intensive use. For enterprises with high energy consumption, heavy pollution, restrictions, and no security guarantees, they will be resolutely eliminated. From April this year, the District Economic Commission has established a post-assessment mechanism for investment in industrial projects to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of investment, environmental protection, employment, technology, and benefits in the project implementation process, and provide comprehensive guidance to encourage enterprises to further develop the cluster.
