Energy-saving lamp certification accelerates construction

The elimination of ordinary lighting incandescent lamps in China officially entered the countdown, and the energy-saving lamps are playing the role of the post-waves, and their certification work is accelerating. On the 21st, China Quality Certification Center issued the product certification certificates for five companies including Philips, which was the first to receive visual work table lamp certification, and five companies such as OSRAM, which received the double-end fluorescent environmental protection certification.
It is understood that China is a big country in the production and consumption of incandescent lamps. Lighting power accounts for about 13 of the country's electricity consumption. If you replace all of the 1.4 billion incandescent lamps in use with energy-saving lamps, you can save 48 billion kWh per year. It is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 48 million tons, and has great potential for energy conservation and emission reduction.
In 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the State General Administration of Customs, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the AQSIQ five ministries jointly issued a document, and China will gradually phase out ordinary lighting incandescent lamps in five stages. While incandescent lamps are banned, energy-saving lamps will become the mainstream of the market as an alternative lighting product. According to the "Semiconductor Lighting Energy Conservation Industry Plan", by 2015, the market share of traditional high-efficiency lighting products such as energy-saving lamps will be stable at around 70. Moreover, the country's requirements for high-efficiency lighting products are gradually increasing, which can be seen from the release of China's gradual reduction of the mercury-containing roadmap for fluorescent lamps.
Under this circumstance, as a third-party professional certification body established by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, China Quality Certification Center (CQC) first launched energy-saving and environmental protection lamp certification in the world in 2012. In 2013, the environmental certification of double-ended fluorescent lamps was introduced, which imposed restrictions on the mercury content of the products. In addition, the China Quality Certification Center has developed high-performance visual work table lamp certification for the lack of scientific basis for eye protection table lamps on the market.
It is understood that Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Sunlight Lighting Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Chenhui Guangbao Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Op Lighting Co., Ltd. obtained the first batch of CQC visual work table lamp certification, Osram (China) Lighting Co., Ltd., Xiamen Tongshida New Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Sunshine Lighting Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Chenhui Lighting Co., Ltd., Op Lighting (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. won the first batch of double-ended fluorescent lamp environmental certification .
