Several big orders signed recently with foreign countries are all related to natural gas, and it also shows that the government attaches great importance to the application of natural gas,” Liang said.

This is at the national strategic level.”

According to Liu Guibin, in fact, China's current pure electric vehicles have been at a loss. “Looking at natural gas vehicles, enterprises and users are profitable even if there is not much support from national policies. In the commercial vehicle sector, Shaanxi Automobile Group now has a market holding of 20,000 to 30,000 LNG heavy trucks. The rapid development of LNG heavy trucks shows that this market segment can be fully driven by demand and the outlook is optimistic."

As a representative of a production company, Sun Xia, director of the New Energy Institute of the Power Design Institute of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Technology Development Center, explained the advantages of natural gas heavy trucks. She said that heavy trucks account for less than 10% of the vehicle market, but fuel consumption accounts for 70% of the total. Therefore, the development of natural gas heavy trucks has a certain role in adjusting China's energy structure.

“China has already led many countries in the application of natural gas vehicles. At present, there are some natural gas production plants and liquefaction plants in the United States that are set up specifically for the transportation industry. It will become the second largest country in LNG transportation applications."

Their Refueling stations are very unique and very simple, do not use any pumps, and are mainly used for refueling with gravity, and these refueling stations can be moved or sent to many places and can be loaded in one day. The efficiency is not very high, but it is very good in many aspects such as cost control, and the entire market is using this convenient way of refueling,” said BrendaSmith.

She also mentioned Belgium. "The production of LNG there is very high. There are about 210,000 cubic meters of production each year. We can also see a substantial increase in demand. At present, there are three major large-scale LNG refueling stations in the region, with 26 LNGs added. Air trucks can be open to the public at any time."

"First, V-type LNG production, this technology can be produced according to demand, without the need to store large amounts of LNG in advance, which also means that it can reduce the loss of evaporation. Moreover, LNG can be produced using biogas, you can use landfill gas or Exhaust gas production, which can be used as raw materials for natural gas liquefaction plants. Another technology is the mobile gas station technology. In relatively remote areas, there is not enough demand, you need to move the gas station to provide gas for vehicles."
