(3) Change the outlet pipe of the vacuum pump cooling water to a clear flow form, and add a valve to control the cooling water to enter and exit the balance without causing serious air leakage.

(4) The vacuum pump and the jig are implemented/blocked 0, that is, once the SKT-14 jig stops, the Shandong vacuum pump automatically stops, so as to avoid the wind pressure is too high and the vacuum pump current is high, and the vacuum pump motor is safely operated.

Application of technical transformation After the technical transformation was successfully completed in September 1999, the SKT-14 jig has been supplied with 2YK-110 vacuum pump for stable operation. The wind pressure is increased from 01,023 MPa to 0,010,400,04 MPa before the transformation (this wind pressure can be adjusted by the deflation valve of the jig airbag), and the intake and exhaust cycles of the second section of the jig are reduced from 22% to 11% and 14%. The selection effect has been significantly improved. The vacuum pump motor has a current of 280290A (rated current 348A). After running for more than 1 year, there were no other faults except when there were 2 cylinders entering the cylinder so that the air pressure was not open when the air inlet was normally open (only 0102 MPa).

Economic Benefits (1) Saving investment: 300,000 yuan is required to replace one high-pressure blower, and only 3,000 yuan is needed for the system transformation. (2) Improve the sorting index. (3) Analysis of direct economic benefits: According to the analysis, due to the improvement of wind pressure, the quality of clean coal is improved, the coal with meteorite is significantly reduced, and the yield of clean coal is increased by about 4 percentage points. With 305 jigs selected for 400,000 tons of raw coal, more than 10,000 tons of clean coal will be recovered each year, and the annual economic benefit will be about 1 million yuan.

Conclusion Through the technical transformation of Kongzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, the author believes that the use of a 2YK-110 vacuum pump to supply air to a SKT-14 jig has certain promotion value; the vacuum pump has lower noise than the blower and is easy to operate. Basically, there is no fault, the cooling water can be recycled, and the running cost is low; the conditional coal preparation plant can also increase the power of the vacuum pump motor, so that the vacuum pump can provide negative pressure to the filter and provide wind for the jig. Pressure, to achieve the purpose of dual-use, in order to reduce the power consumption of the coal preparation plant.
