In order to achieve the future industrial development goals, the Action Plan proposes the construction of a power battery innovation center, the implementation of the power battery upgrading project, the strengthening of the new system power battery research, the promotion of the coordinated development of the entire industry chain, the improvement of product quality and safety, and the acceleration of the construction of a sound standard system. Strengthening test analysis and evaluation capacity building, establishing and improving safety supervision systems, accelerating nine key tasks such as key equipment R&D and industrialization, as well as increasing policy support, improving the industrial development environment, giving play to the role of industrial alliances, and accelerating personnel training and introduction. We will strengthen safeguard measures in five aspects, such as international cooperation and exchanges, and clarify the departments for implementing key tasks and safeguards.
The formulation and release of the "Action Plan" scientifically planned the development goals of the automotive power battery industry, further clarified the tasks and measures, and helped speed up the improvement of the performance and quality of power battery products, improve the core competitiveness of China's industrial development, and promote new energy vehicles.
