It combines the advantages of fluidized bed slag gasification technology and Lurgi fixed-bed pressure gasification technology, and has a construction investment. Small, high gas production rate, low energy consumption, high resource utilization rate. According to industry sources, the completion and production of the Pioneer Chemical Project is of great significance for the development of the new coal chemical industry in Yunnan.
It is understood that Pioneer lignite cleansing utilization pilot demonstration project of Yunnan Coal Chemical Group is one of the 20 key projects in Yunnan Province. The project uses inferior brown coal as raw material in Pioneer Town of Xundian County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and adopts a new type with independent intellectual property rights. Coal chemical technology produces clean energy and high value-added products such as methanol, synthetic gasoline, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and mesitylene. The estimated investment of the project is 4.525 billion yuan, and the scale of construction is to treat 3.5 million tons of inferior lignite annually. Upon completion, it can realize an annual sales income of 4 billion yuan and a total annual profit of 687 million yuan.
