Tianjin Automation Institute "Fructose Control System" won the prestigious award

Introduction: The Tianjin Institute of Automation has been developing a self-control system for fructose production line since 2007. After more than one year of development and testing, the system was officially applied to the 50,000 tons of fruit fructose in Shanshan King in 2008. In the past 4 years, the system has achieved 2600 The sales performance of 10,000 yuan, of which the group produced more than 10 million yuan of self-produced instruments, led to industrial development, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

Crystalline fructose is a high-end product in starch sugar. It has high sweetness and low calorie. Its metabolism is not dependent on insulin, and its metabolism does not produce lactic acid. In addition to oral administration, fructose can also be used to make injections. The injection is a new generation of insulin-independent, high-energy nutritional infusions and has become the second largest injection after glucose in some countries. The crystalline fructose products belong to starch sugars, and are classified as deep-processing fields of agricultural products. They are the industrial areas supported by the country. Therefore, the central and local governments all give great support and support to the construction of this product. The domestic outlook is very good.

Since 2007, Tianjin Automation Institute has developed an automatic control system for fructose production lines. After more than one year of development and testing, the system was officially applied to 50,000 tons of fruit fructose in Shanshan King in 2008. The system has achieved decolorization and dissociation of glucose. The automatic control of processes such as isomerization, evaporation, crystallization, and separation; the system is characterized by stable operation, high yields, etc. The system has passed the appraisal of the Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and has reached the international advanced level technically.

At present, this system is also used in more than 10 fructose production lines in Fushun, Xiwang, Luzhou Group Sichuan, Henan Fruit, etc.

The system won the Tianyi Group Technology Progress Award in 2010 and 2011 and the Tianjin City Science and Technology Progress Award in 2011. In the past four years, the system has achieved more than 26 million yuan in sales, among which the group has produced more than 10 million yuan of self-produced instruments, which has led to industrial development and has achieved good economic and social benefits.

In 2012, the system won the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.
