Relevant standards released in 2017 include "Specifications and Dimensions of Power Battery for Electric Vehicles", "Code for Code for Storage of Automotive Power Battery" and "Test of Recycling and Utilization of Vehicle Power Battery."

Industry standards have also been released, such as "Lithium Ion Battery Assembly General Requirements" and "Assembly Interface and Communication Protocol", "General Requirements for Lithium Manganese Battery Modules", and "Dimensional Specifications for Power Battery for Electric Vehicles".

In contrast, countries such as the United States, Japan, and the European Union have improved their power battery standards, have strong pertinence, and have a high degree of internationalization. These countries mainly refer to professional standards-setting organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the American Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the United States Underwriters Laboratories (UL). The standard system developed by these organizations includes the design, manufacture, testing, installation, and acceptance of power batteries, combined with the development level of new energy vehicles, and makes corresponding standards and guidelines.

Obviously, no matter from the level of internationalization of the standard system or the construction of standards-setting organizations, China's power battery standard system needs improvement. In particular, it is worth noting that the standardization and establishment of a lithium-ion battery smart device has not yet been introduced in China.

In order to better help the new energy automotive power battery industry respond to changes in new markets, new policies, and new technology environments, on December 24th, Assistant to the President of the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association and Deputy Director of the Beijing Electrotechnical Institute of Mechanical Industry He will attend the "2017 Seventh China New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Summit" and "Standardization Status and Future Plans for Lithium Ion Battery and Equipment Manufacturing." National standard project "General Technical Requirements for Lithium-ion Battery Production Equipment" (20160533-T-604) A total of three standard projects have entered the draft stage, an industry standard "Lithium-ion battery winding equipment" (JB/T 12763- 2015) was approved for release in March 2016.

According to reports, the next phase of the project will focus on equipment intelligence standards, including automatic sealing equipment, capacitor automatic charge and discharge equipment, slurry high-speed dispersion equipment, slitting machine, continuous vacuum drying system, automatic casing equipment and lithium ion process NMP recycling equipment and other items.

With the innovation and upgrading of the new energy automotive industry, the power battery industry has several requirements for smart devices: First, the device has a standardized communication standard to achieve remote data collection and transmission, remote diagnosis and maintenance; Second, stability, high reliability and accuracy High, low energy consumption, and high degree of automation; Third, the use of information tools, the formation of in-depth integration of information technology and industrialization, to achieve deep learning, optimization, etc., and ultimately achieve the goal of large-scale intelligent manufacturing.
