e. The mechanical properties of the parts are reduced, resulting in deformation or damage.

Second, the danger of generator overcooling

a. The mixture (or air) temperature entering the cylinder is too low, the quality of the combustible mixture is poor (poor atomization), ignition is difficult or the combustion is slow, the generator power is decreased, and the fuel consumption is increased (heat loss is more, fuel condensation flow Into the crankcase).

b. The water vapor in the combustion product is easily condensed into water and forms acids with the acid gas, increasing the erosion of the body and parts.

c. Non-vaporized fuel scours and dilutes the oil film on the surfaces of the parts (cylinder walls, pistons, piston rings, etc.) and aggravates part wear.

d. Viscosity of the lubricant increases and fluidity is poor, resulting in poor lubrication, increased machine wear, and increased power consumption.
