Kyanite beneficiation technology

Coarse-grained kyanite ore, including coarse-grained and fine-grained ore-like ores, and a reasonable beneficiation process is re-election or re-floating. First, the ore is divided into two grades of coarse and fine, and the coarse fraction is treated by a re-selecting shaker and recovered by fine-grained flotation. Ingredients were selected: coarse particles 35-65 mesh, fine particles - 65 mesh. The biggest feature of the process is that it avoids over-grinding of coarse-grained kyanite, improves the recovery rate, and also ensures the particle size of kyanite minerals larger than 65 mesh in the concentrate. Mixed kyanite ore, including two types of ore of coarse-grained and fine-grained inlays, can be combined with a re-floating process. The grading flotation method can also be adopted. The beneficiation process is as follows: the material after deliming is divided into two grades of +60 mesh and -60 mesh, and then separately subjected to flotation, which has the advantages that the recovery rate of the coarse kyanite is high.
