Cummins Inc. (abbreviated as Cummins, NYSE: CMI) announced that it had officially signed a memorandum of cooperation with Vietnam’s largest state-owned commercial vehicle manufacturer, Vietnam Automotive Industry Corporation, on the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture.
