The device has a mechanism for converting wired Ethernet and visible light, and can be operated as a USB-connected universal wired Ethernet adapter from the perspective of the OS. The product versions of the above two models are available in March 2015. Prior to this, the first version of the evaluation version will be launched in September 2014 and the second version will be launched in December. The wireless LAN type can be used as an Ethernet hub for LED lighting installed on the ceiling of an office. In terms of composition and price, the parent machine (LED lighting) installed on the ceiling is 250,000 yen (about 12,500 yuan), and the USB terminal required for the personal computer is 10,000 yen (about 500 yuan). The communication distance is 1 meter to 5 meters, and the communication speed is 5 Mbps to 20 Mbps. The FA type is a USB-connected box type device that is supposed to be installed in a factory or an embedded device, and can communicate bidirectionally between two devices. In terms of price, the two sets are 250,000 yen. The communication distance is 0.1 meters to 100 meters, and the communication speed is 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
