The new production base is located in Zhangqiu, Jinan. It will be built with an international advanced level of a full-length 450m complete vehicle assembly line, supplemented by the most advanced MRP production management system, increasing the assembly frequency from 15 minutes/vehicle to 5 minutes/vehicle. It is planned that the annual production capacity will reach 30,000 units by 2008 and 50,000 vehicles by 2010.
