Recently, the first CX series heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission (AT) of Xi'an Shuangte Intelligent Transmission Co., Ltd. successfully went offline at Xi'an Hi-tech Factory. This not only marks the fact that Shuangte Company already possesses the manufacturing capabilities of heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission , but also The current situation in which domestic heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmissions are completely dependent on imports has been broken, filling the technological gap in China for this project.
Compared with the traditional heavy-duty transmission, the CX series heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission has the technical advantages of small installation size, high reliability, easy operation, and large torque-to-mass ratio. It is currently the only new automatic transmission with rear-mounted power take-off design in the world. It has greatly expanded the supporting use of the transmission and provided the latest optimized configuration for the upgrading, innovation and development of China's automobile industry.
In the process of research and development of CX series heavy duty automatic transmissions, Xi'an Shuangte Company strove to overcome the difficulties of domestic suppliers with no mature experience and no reference to advanced experience. It took half a year to fully complete the independent equipment selection, parts procurement, and production line design and installation. The various tasks ensured that the first transmission smoothly went offline, laying a solid foundation for the series to achieve mass production and rapid market launch.
