Second, control system maintenance:
1. Regularly check whether the connection line of the rear panel of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, tighten it in time .
2. If the machine is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the controller and computer ;
3. The interfaces on the controller are in one-to-one correspondence. Inserting and inserting the wrong interface may cause damage to the equipment .
4. The interface on the plug-in controller must turn off the controller power.
Third, the maintenance of oil sources:
1 , regularly check the host and the oil source at the place where there is oil leakage. If any oil leakage is found, the seal ring or combination pad should be replaced in time ;
2. According to the usage of the machine and the service life of the oil, replace the oil filter and filter element regularly to replace the hydraulic oil.
3 , when not testing for a long time, pay attention to turn off the host power supply. If the machine is in standby mode, the changeover switch should be in the "load" position, because if the changeover switch
