In this regard, Huzhou City adopts boiler contract energy management and relies on third-party professional forces to dynamically monitor the boiler water quality. After applying this model to manage boiler water quality, it not only saves water treatment costs, but also achieves boiler water quality standards and energy efficiency. The improvement basically eliminated the shutdown of the boiler caused by unqualified water quality. As of the end of April this year, 306 companies and 314 boilers have received monitoring services for boiler water treatment, which can save 15,000 tons of standard coal, reduce expenditures by 9 million yuan, reduce carbon emissions by 39,300 tons, and realize the discharge of phosphorus-free wastewater. .
