After the training, the vocational skills appraisal station for the chemical industry-specific work types of the Inner Mongolia Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association carried out professional skills theory and practical assessment for the trainees, with a pass rate of 100%. Haichang Chemical is the first chemical company in Inner Mongolia to conduct professional skills appraisal of calcium carbide furnace workers.
