Taking the titanium dioxide industry as an example, the plan puts forward that in the future, it will mainly support the chlorination of titanium dioxide by boiling chlorination, continuous acid hydrolysis, tail gas waste heat condensation acid, sulfur-titanium cogeneration heat utilization technology, acid hydrolysis black residue recycling Technology, comprehensive utilization of titanium gypsum by-product technology and titanium dioxide by-product ferrous sulfate comprehensive utilization of seven technologies to promote the application. Among them, with the promotion and application of the boiling chlorination production technology, it is estimated that by 2014, if the titanium dioxide production technology with boiling chlorination production technology is about 240,000 tons, the titanium dioxide industry in China can save about 460,000 standard coal. Ton/year, saving 12 million cubic meters/year, reducing waste residue by 384,000 tons/year, and reducing harmful exhaust gas by 480 million cubic meters/year.
