First, the intelligent control system of forage seed processing equipment based on virtual instrument technology was established. Multi-thread technology was used to realize multi-parameter synchronous test and multi-point real-time control. Second, the modular design idea is adopted to realize the classification and control of material and complete equipment information in the process, which is convenient for system optimization and expansion.
Third, using the relational database method, the typical form of forage seed processing technology, measurement and control parameters and production information statistics database were established, which realized the automatic selection of different forage seed processing processes and process parameters.
