Ford's forging automation production line technical transformation project, with its large investment, technology intensive, was included in the six major construction projects in Shaanxi Province in 2006. At present, the project has entered the stage of equipment installation, commissioning and trial production. It is understood that the project will invest more than 300 million yuan at a time, and it will introduce six international first-class and domestic advanced forging automation production lines. After completion and production, the company will historically change the company's forging process to achieve non-flash production, forging waste heat isothermal normalizing process, greatly improve the quality of forgings and energy-saving, material-saving level, the annual increase in forging capacity of 54,000 tons.
