Energy conservation and environmental protection have become the current development direction of China's fan industry

According to statistics, the amount of electricity used by fans in the country accounts for about 10% of the total electricity generated in the country. Among them, the power consumption of fans used in metal mines accounts for 30% of the total amount of electricity consumed in the country; the power consumption of fans used in the iron and steel industry accounts for 20% of the total electricity used in the country; the power consumption of fans used in the coal industry accounts for the entire country. The coal industry uses 17% of the total electricity. People in the industry believe that energy saving and environmental protection are the eternal topics in the development of the fan industry. For the fan industry, in order to produce more energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly fan products, where should the wind turbine manufacturers start?

Relevant experts believe that to develop energy-saving fan products, we must start with product design and start with the operation of the wind turbine.

First of all, in terms of design, through the extensive application of scientific research results such as impellers, volutes and other components, the manufacturing precision is further improved, and the efficiency of various ventilators is sought to increase by an average of 5% to 10%. At present, the most advanced centrifugal fan has a maximum efficiency of 87% due to the adoption of a three-dimensional flow impeller. The maximum efficiency of the axial flow fan has reached more than 92%.

For example, in 1992, the Shenyang Blower Research Institute developed a 4-71, 4-74 three-component flow centrifugal centrifugal fan that was successfully developed for the replacement of medium and low pressure centrifugal fans. It is a new energy-efficient product, and its efficiency is higher than that of similar old-style fans. Increase by 4%. The average annual electricity consumption per wind turbine is about 2,000 kilowatts per hour. However, due to the troublesome manufacturing process of the ternary flow blade used by the fan, the manufacturing cost is higher than that of a common blade fan, and the high technology transfer fee of the product increases the manufacturing cost of the entire fan, which exceeds the endurance of the user. Can not be fully promoted throughout the industry.

Second, the use of the introduction of international advanced technology to promote the development of energy-saving fan products. For example, Shanghai Blower Works Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. have introduced adjustable-shaft axial flow fan technology from German TLT and Danish Novenco, respectively; Chengdu Electric Machinery Factory and Shenyang Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. have introduced KKK Corporation's static blade adjustable axial flow fan technology; Wuhan Blower Co., Ltd. introduced the MITSUBISHI Heavy Industries, Japan's adjustable blade axial flow fan technology; Guangzhou Fan Factory introduced the Danish company Nordisk ventilation company's axial flow and Centrifugal fan technology; Chongqing General Motors (Group) Co., Ltd. and Siping Jinfeng Co., Ltd. introduced the high-temperature blower technology of the British company Gaudeng; Shijiazhuang Fan Factory Co., Ltd. introduced the EBARA company's centrifugal fan manufacturing technology.

In addition, whether fan products are energy-efficient or not, it is important to adjust the transmission mechanism and change operating conditions. At present, most of the wind turbine transmission mechanisms are relatively backward, and individual products use traditional V-belts, turbines, etc. as the speed-regulating devices, and most of them use adjustment gate adjustments. Due to the above reasons, although some fans have high efficiency (up to 86%), their device efficiency is only 30%. With the application of hydraulic couplers and frequency converters in fans, the operational efficiency of fans has been greatly improved, but the number of applications is extremely limited.

At the same time, efforts to develop energy-saving blowers should also be vigorously carried out during the “11th Five-Year Plan” period. In this regard, foreign countries have taken the lead. For example, Japan has made appropriate improvements to the shape of the through-flow parts such as the volute and impeller, effectively preventing eddy current and flow separation, and its adiabatic efficiency is 5% to 10% higher than that of the original centrifugal blower; Centrifugal blower, each level is equipped with imported guide vane device, its multi-variable efficiency of 82%; Japan-made multi-stage centrifugal blower, the use of imported guide vanes automatically after continuous adjustment, energy-saving rate of 20%; high-speed single-stage centrifugal After the blower adopts a high-speed, high-pressure ratio semi-open radial ternary impeller, its efficiency can be increased by 10%; there is an exhaust turbine device at the other end of the blower spindle, which not only meets the environmental protection requirements, but also achieves energy-saving goals. . The Roots blower has adopted a three-lobe Roots blower, which saves energy and reduces noise.

In the development of centrifugal compressors, more ternary flow impellers should be used to increase the impeller efficiency by an average of 2% to 5%. For example, three kinds of high-flow three-dimensional flow impellers for natural gas pipeline centrifugal compressors developed in the United States have an impeller efficiency of 94% to 95%. The efficiency of single-shaft multistage centrifugal compressors in Japan has also been further improved. The adiabatic efficiency of the large-flow half-opening ternary impeller is 94%. The adjustment method should be more driven by industrial turbines or gas turbines, and the goal of energy saving can be achieved by changing the speed.
