Tuoketuo power plant project is the country's central and western regions, the focus of economic development projects. Tuoketuo Power Plant Phase II installed capacity of 2 × 600,000 kilowatts, I pump for its long-circulating pump, started running in 2003 to generate electricity. During the test run of the pump unit and the operation after the handover, there is vibration and some parts are damaged. Long pump leaders and designers attach great importance to the scene and the parties concerned to actively explore and study, but also with reference to the North China Electric Power Institute of vibration data measured spectrum analysis, excluding other reasons, that is the pump speed 425 rev / min Too high and cause system resonance caused. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, based on the experience of many years of my long pump, we eliminated the proposal of the owners to increase the outlet reaction force without decreasing the speed and reduced the motor speed to 370 rpm. In this way, the existing pump base and outer cylinder body can be borrowed, and the existing molds which have been operated well in other projects are borrowed. Only part of the rotor components are replaced, which greatly shortens the transformation cycle. At the same time, the number of poles of the motor only needs to be changed from 14 poles to 16 poles. The matching power of the motor remains unchanged. The motor can withstand the axial thrust and the maximum axial thrust to make corresponding adjustments. In this way, At least, it is economical and fast. Transformation completed so far, the unit has been operating normally, the vibration of all measuring points have reached the national standard, the owner is very satisfied. This is another successful case of my long pump circulating pump retrofit project. At present, many people in the power system industry know that the transformation of the Tuoketuo Power Plant has been successful. The transformation plan has become a reference solution for similar situations in other power plants. The transformation reflects the strength of long pump technology.
