In this way, the existing pump base and outer cylinder body can be borrowed, and the existing molds which have been operated well in other projects are borrowed. Only part of the rotor components are replaced, which greatly shortens the transformation cycle. At the same time, the number of poles of the motor only needs to be changed from 14 poles to 16 poles. The matching power of the motor remains unchanged. The motor can withstand the axial thrust and the maximum axial thrust to make corresponding adjustments. In this way, At least, it is economical and fast. Transformation completed so far, the unit has been operating normally, the vibration of all measuring points have reached the national standard, the owner is very satisfied. This is another successful case of my long pump circulating pump retrofit project. At present, many people in the power system industry know that the transformation of the Tuoketuo Power Plant has been successful.
